6 Bedrooms	Five of the six bedrooms have king size beds. Four of the bedrooms have private bathrooms and the other two share a bathroom. Ceiling fans, CD players and alarm clocks are provided in each of the bedrooms. All of our beds are feather beds and are dressed with the finest linens for your sleeping pleasure.
5 Bathrooms	Our bathrooms are stocked with abundant plush towels, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner and body soap.
Entertainment	The living room has a big screen TV with surround sound entertainment system including DVD player. The pool, hot tub and sauna are at your disposal. Pool rafts and lounge chairs are also provided.
Gourmet Kitchen	Our home features a gourmet kitchen that will satisfy even the most discerning chef with the latest in high end utensils and appliances. We even have a state of the art Cappuccino coffee maker with 3 coarse bean grinder. Enjoy!
Business Needs	This home is set up to accommodate your vacation, and, if necessary, your business needs. A desk/work area is setup with a HP computer for all your faxing, copying, scanning and printing needs. High speed cable internet access is provided. Basic office supplies are provided for your use.
The Beach	The home has 100 feet of beach front right on famous Kailua Beach.
The Home	This multi million dollar home has over 3,100 square feet under roof. The large courtyard surrounding the pool and hot tub make this home very unique. The layout of the bedrooms encompassing the pool and courtyard also adds to the complexion of this home. The house has a dry heat sauna, pool and jacuzzi, bbq, large front and back yard, two car garage, fire place and a setting on the beach that is unsurpassed.
Sauna	Steam sauna is located next to the outdoor pool.
Patio	Umbrellas and lounge chairs are provided by the pool as well as in the front for your pleasure of watching to ocean.
