  • what is your cancellation policy ?
    -Reservations will be fully refunded if cancelled within 180 days of the start of the rental period. A 90 day cancellation before the start of the rental period will be refunded by 50% of Lessee's deposit. Cancellations within 89 days before the start of the rental period will be forfeited unless owner can re-lease the property at market rate.
 
  • Is the home furnished?
    - Yes, you will find the home fully furnished
  • Do guests receive any golf playing privileges?
    -Yes, the private golf course is available for our guests use.
  • Do guests receive a golf membership to the Rancho Mirage Country Club?
    - No, golf membership is not included with the rental of the home.
  • Is the pool heated?
    -Yes, the pool is heated upon request.
  • Is there wireless internet in the home?
    - No, however, high speed internet access is provided.
  • Is there air conditioning in the home?
    -Yes, the home has an efficient air conditioning system along with a heater.
  • Do you allow pets in your home?
    -Although we love pets, we are unable to have them in our home due to allergies of our other guests.
 
  • Will all of the utilities be running properly when i arrive?
    -Yes, all utilities will be working properly upon guests arrival.
 
  • Will the yard and home be maintained as needed during our stay?
    -Yes, the grounds will be professionally maintained during guests stay.
 
  • Is bedding supplied in the home?
    -Yes, bedding as well as pillows are supplied in each bedroom. Spare bedding is also provided.
 
  • Are towels and toiletries supplied in each bathroom?
    -Yes, all of our bathrooms have towels, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Extra towels are also provided.
