From the very moment you inquire about one of our Destinations, you will be provided with 5-star customer service. We provide responses to all inquires within 24 hours and most of the time even sooner. The outstanding service continues once you decide to book. Your Personal Concierge will contact you about 30 days prior to your arrival to discuss any services that they can help arrange for you and will be waiting to greet you at your Destination upon your arrival. They will do a brief walk through of the home and show you how to operate all of the amenities plus answer any questions that you might have. Your personal Concierge is also available during your stay should you need any assistance or recommendations on the best activities in your area.

CAR RENTALS
If you would like to rent a car during your vacation, your Personal Concierge can make all the arrangements for you with one of our preferred suppliers. Although we cannot make the booking for you, we can arrange all the details so that all you have to do is sign on the dotted line. We also have relationships with several supplies so we can make sure to get you the best price out there!
PRE-STOCKING
Send us a list of some of the essential groceries that you’d like at the house upon your arrival and we’ll make sure they are there before you are. We can also do extensive grocery shopping for big feasts for a small fee.
TOURS & ACTIVITIES
Your Personal Concierge is an expert when it comes to location. They can recommend the best places to enjoy any activity ranging from paddleboarding to wine tasting. Each Destination has it’s very own local secrets that they can share with you! All you have to do is ask!
SPECIAL OCCASIONS
Are you celebrating something special?? Perhaps a Birthday or Anniversary? Let your Personal Concierge know before your arrival and she can add a few special touches to make your visit a memorable one! (We are good at helping surprise people too!)
SPA SERVICES
Experience the ultimate relaxation on your vacation. Your Personal Concierge can arrange for a licensed masseuse to be sent directly to you during your visit.
CHEF/COOK SERVICES
If you don’t feel like cooking, you don’t have to. Your Personal Concierge can arrange to have a professional chef come to the home and cook for your. They can be there to cook a special dinner or for 3 meals a day. It is completely up to you.
