Common Questions about our Luxury Vacation Rentals

  • WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

    Refunds, if any, will be issued within 14 days of receipt and are subject to a $250 cancellation fee and shall be as follows:
    (a) Cancellations made 180 days or more from the arrival date will receive a full refund of monies paid less the cancellation fee;
    (b) Cancellations made between 179 days and 30 days from the arrival date will receive a 50% of monies paid less the cancellation fee;
    (c) Cancellations made less than 30 days from the arrival date are non-refundable.

  • DO YOU ALLOW PETS?

    Although we love pets, we are unable to have them in our homes due to allergies of other guests.

  • WHAT ARE YOUR CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES?

    Our normal check-in time is 3pm. Our normal check-out time is 10am. Early check-in and late check-out can be requested and is based on availability.

  • ARE ALL OF YOUR HOMES FURNISHED?

    Yes, all of our home are fully furnished with top of the line essentials including linens, towels, beach towels and some homes even have robes. We also provide Molton Brown amenities including shampoo, conditioner, body wash & soap, lotion, mouthwash, toothpaste and a toothbrush for every guest.

  • WHAT IS PROVIDED AND WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

    All of our homes have luxury linens & pillows, Molton Brown shampoo & conditioner, body wash & soap, body lotion, hair dryers, bath towels, beach towels, all kitchen utensils & appliances, fresh coffee, tea, creamer and sugar, and a wide range of cooking spices. We do not provide ketchup, mustard, or any type of product that might expire or spoil.

  • ARE THERE ON-SITE LAUNDRY FACILITIES?

    Yes, all of our homes have on-site washers & dryers. We also provide fragrance free detergent and fabric softner.

  • IS THERE INTERNET AT YOUR HOMES?

    Yes, all of our homes have access to high speed wireless internet. Your Personal Concierge can provide you with the network name and password and that information can also be found in the on-site property book.

  • IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO WORK?

    Although we'd rather you relax than work, we understand that sometimes that's not possible and work follows you even on vacation so all of our homes have wireless internet, fax machines, and a working telephone line with free local and long distance calling. International calling can be programmed for an additional fee.

  • IS THERE CABLE TV AT YOUR HOMES?

    Yes, all of our homes have HD flatscreen TV's with HD cable TV and free HBO & Showtime. We also provide DVR capabilities so that you can record your favorite shows while you are enjoying some outdoor activities. We just ask that you erase any shows that you might have recorded at the end of your stay.

  • WILL THE PROPERTY BE SERVICED DURING OUR STAY?

    The grounds and pool/spa, if applicable, will be serviced during your stay. Your Personal Concierge will let you know what days of the week to expect the vendors to be on-site as it varies at every property. This information can also be found in the property book. Minimal noise will be upheld and your privacy will always be fully respected.

  • DO YOU ALLOW EVENTS AT ANY OF YOUR HOMES?

    Special events are permitted at certain homes under special arrangements. Please contact us for further information.
